Position for Mine Overseer
Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent at NQF level 4
- Mine Overseer Certificate of Competence
- Valid first aid certificate
- Valid driving license
- Mine Manager's Certificate of Competence would be advantageous.
Minimum Experience:
- 6 years’ mining related experience after obtaining blasting certificate
- At least 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Mine Overseer
- At least 3 years’ TMM equipment experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in TMM open stope mining
- Experience in establishing greenfield operations and / or reopening of closed mine works would be advantageous.
